Based in Ottawa, Canada, over forty years ago, Andre began as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Avionics – Auto-flight Systems) on both Fixed & Rotary wing civilian and military aircraft.
Andre brings considerable experience from within a National Aviation Authority to TTI. He has a very comprehensive background in FSTD engineering (Transport Canada, Manager Flight Simulator Operations), National Simulator Program (Transport Canada – Simulator Approval Representative), Primary Advisor within Transport Canada when working with other Authorities and interest groups (FAA, JAA/EASA, DGAC, ICAO, IATA, Canadian NRC –Flight Research Laboratory, Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR), FSEMC, etc.) on various aviation programs.
Andre’s expertise has and continues to benefit other Canadian Government departments such as the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) as well as Department of National Defence.
