The Training Technology International Team
Based in Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Asia – Pacific region, providing our services world-wide. The Training Technology International (Canada) team is a close and complimentary relationship of expert individuals in our industry. We are fully conversant with all recognized international standards. Remaining abreast of regulatory and technological changes, and operator requirements, means we can provide superior simulator support to all facets of our industry.

Andrew (Andy) Ramsden
Based in the UK, Andy is a core member of TTI. His background is engineering and he specializes in visual systems.
Robert (Bob) Earp
MRAeS – Bob is a founding member and the president of TTI. His background is engineering and operations, and he is based in British Columbia, Canada.
Don Irving
Based in Scotland, Don is a long time member of TTI. Don has a very comprehensive background in FSTD engineering, and until recently he specialized in evaluations and qualifications with the UK CAA and EASA.
John O’Halloran
Based in Brisbane, John is a core member of TTI. As a test pilot he has a vast background in aircraft and simulator operations, development and assessment.
Malcolm Blackwood
MRAeS – Based in the UK, Malcolm is a core member of TTI. Malcolm’s background is in FSTD engineering, and he specializes in updates and upgrades.
Neil Cothran
MRAeS – Based in Hong Kong, Neil is a core member of TTI. He has nearly 40 years of experience in the flight simulation industry as both a simulation design engineer and as an owner / operator of FSTDs.
Steve Smith
Based in Hong Kong, Steve is a core member of TTI. Steve’s long career in FSTD’s includes engineering and design, and flight testing, and he’s regularly sought to conduct FSTD evaluations on behalf of various NAA’s including the UK CAA and EASA.
Michel de Koning
Based in The Netherlands, Michel is a new member to the TTI team. As a test pilot and type rating instructor he has a wide background in both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. His operational experience in combination with his background as aerospace engineer in the field of Dynamics and Control of Aerospace Vehicles makes him a valuable addition to the team.
Andre Souliere
Based in Ottawa, Canada, Andre has a very comprehensive background of FSTD engineering, operations and rule making. He brings in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience from within a world-recognized National Aviation Authority.
G.Y. de Silva
Based in Sri Lanka, G.Y. brings in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of developing Management Systems for FSTD Operators and ATO’s to EASA standards. He is recognized by his unwavering ethics to make sure things are done right while keeping focussed on the practical requirements of an organization.
